the challenge

So I guess your first question is, "what's a challenge group?" + really, it's an excellent question.

A challenge group is basically a rad bunch of people encouraging one another + holding each other accountable while working toward similar health goals. Not everyone will always be doing the exact same program, but that doesn't matter. What matters is that it's so important to have people with you as you make the changes that last. This isn't about quick fixes or even just about changing your body, it's about setting you up for success in every area of your life + being healthy in a well-rounded way that sticks with you for the long haul. I provide guidance as your coach, I'm able to provide support + understanding as someone that has been there before.

Every challenge starts on the first Monday of each month, with one preseason/prep week, + goes through a full 30 days. We'll all go through our programs together + lock in our nutrition game as a team. You'll probably even make friends that will continue to be there for you as you continue to live that healthy life like a boss.

I must be your assigned coach, head on over here to sign up if you don't already have an account. If you already have another coach you have a couple options: 1) reach out to your coach to see if they run a challenge group, many do, or 2) if you are not currently working with your assigned coach you have the option to switch, so just contact me + I will hook you up.

Being a part of a challenge + having me as your coach doesn't cost anything extra, all that's required is the following:


  1. You must commit to a BeachBody program, if you don't already own one or want to try something different from one you already own I can help you choose just the right one for you + even make sure you get 25-30% off when you purchase it as part of a challenge pack that comes bundled with your first month supply of Shakeology.
  2. You must commit to replacing a meal a day with Shakeology + following your meal plan. I want you to get the best results, + diet is 80% of how you get there so we will place emphasis throughout the challenge on how to fuel your body right.
  3. You must participate + do the work! No one can do this for you! As your coach, I can provide navigation but you're the one that has to drive the car. There will be daily assignments + check-ins with the group designed to help you grow + overcome obstacles, all it takes is you.
